In this program I blend medical care and weight loss coaching. I provide a GLP-1 weight loss medication (if appropriate) and weight loss coaching where we will go in depth into nutrition, exercise, body balance and lifestyle design. The medication is a tool to help you lose the weight and we will work together to make the lifestyle and habit adjustments needed to sustain those results!
